Experienced Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer

Boeing is hiring a mechanical engineer in Huntsville for its Integrated Design Engineering Team on the PAC-3 missile-defense program, where the team works on radar seeker upgrades, future concepts and production test equipment. The engineer creates and documents designs and analyses, including technical data packages, test plans and post-test reports, builds cost reduction proposals with return-on-investment estimates, and helps resolve production non-conformances and supplier issues. Applicants need a bachelor's in engineering (mechanical, civil, aerospace or materials focus) and at least five years of related experience. Being able to obtain a Secret clearance is required, which means U.S. citizenship. This is a first-shift role, relocation assistance is not negotiable, and the stated pay range is $103,700 to $140,300.
