Editorial & Job Verification Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Job seekers should be able to trust that a listing on HSV Space Jobs is real, current and goes straight to the employer. Here is exactly how we work.

Where listings come from

How each listing is verified

Keeping listings current

The job list is refreshed several times a day. When a job is no longer in our verified set, it is removed from the list and the sitemap, and its page tells visitors the job is no longer available. Because employers can close postings at any time, a job may occasionally close before our next refresh. If an employer link no longer works, please let us know.

Featured (paid) listings

Employers and recruiters can pay to feature a job. Featured listings must meet the same standards: a real, open position on the employer's official career site, accurately described. Requests that point to aggregator sites are refused. Payment changes where a listing appears and how it is promoted, never its accuracy, and every paid listing is labeled Featured. See our Advertising Disclosure.

Guides and other content

Our relocation, rentals and dining guides and the cost-of-living calculator cite their sources on the page, such as U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis Regional Price Parities. We don't publish invented statistics. When figures are estimates or out of date, we say so and correct them when we notice.

Independence

HSV Space Jobs is independent. It is not affiliated with NASA, Redstone Arsenal, the U.S. government or the employers listed, and listing a job is not an endorsement of the employer.

Corrections

If something is wrong, such as a closed job, the wrong location or a broken link, email hsvspacejobs@outlook.com with the page link. We check it against the employer's official posting and fix or remove it.
