These terms apply to your use of hsvspacejobs.com ("HSV Space Jobs"), operated by the HSV Space Jobs team, an independent job board based in the Huntsville area. By using the site you agree to them.

1. What we provide

HSV Space Jobs is a free information service that lists aerospace, space and defense job openings in North Alabama and links to the employers' own postings. We also publish relocation guides and free tools. We are not an employer, staffing agency or recruiter, and we are not party to any hiring decision.

2. Job information

• Listings, including titles, descriptions and pay ranges, come from employers' official postings and belong to those employers. The employer's own posting is the authoritative version.
• We check listings before publishing them and refresh them regularly (see our Editorial & Verification Policy). Even so, jobs can close or change at any time, and we can't guarantee that any listing is current, complete or available.
• Applications are made on the employer's site and are governed by the employer's terms and privacy policy.
• Guides, salary information and the cost-of-living calculator are general information drawn from cited sources, not financial, legal, tax or career advice.

3. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to disrupt or overload it, bypassing security features, submitting false or misleading listings, using the forms to send spam, or bulk-copying the site's content for republication.

4. Featured listings (employers and recruiters)

• A Featured listing costs $99 for 30 days, as described on the Advertise page. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Every Featured listing must link to a real, open position on the employer's official career site and must accurately describe the job. We review each one before publishing and may decline or remove a listing that doesn't meet these standards or our editorial policy.
• If we decline a listing after you have paid, we will refund the payment.
• Featured listings are labeled as Featured. See our Advertising Disclosure.
• You confirm you are authorized to advertise the position.

5. Our content

The site's design, original text, guides and tools are owned by HSV Space Jobs. Employer names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the employer. Photos credited on the page are used under their stated licenses. You're welcome to link to any page.

6. Third-party sites

We link to employer career sites and other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that you will get a job, interview or particular salary, or that the site will always be available or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HSV Space Jobs and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any listing. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
