Experienced or Lead Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer

Boeing is hiring a mechanical systems design and analysis engineer, at the Experienced or Lead level, for its Integrated Design Engineering team in Huntsville. The team supports missile defense programs including IFPC-2, the PAC-3 Seeker and Aegis BMD. The engineer documents mechanical designs and analyses, builds technical data packages, supports production when non-conformances come up, works with suppliers and coaches other engineers. Basic qualifications are a B.S. in engineering with a mechanical, civil, aerospace or materials focus and 5+ years in a mechanical engineering role. Boeing lists pay of $103,700–$140,300 (Level 3) and $126,650–$171,350 (Level 4). The role is first shift, relocation is not negotiable, and an interim or final Secret clearance is required after starting.
