Lead Project Management Specialist- Material Capacity Integration

Boeing Defense, Space & Security is hiring a lead project manager in Huntsville for material capacity integration on its PAC-3 program. It runs material integration projects end to end, working with suppliers and the engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics groups so parts are ready for production milestones, while maintaining integrated schedules, tracking risks, and handling changes such as shortages and substitutions. Requirements include over 5 years managing projects or programs, over 5 years leading teams, executive briefing and manufacturing experience, RIO planning experience, and Microsoft Office and ERP skills. An interim Secret clearance is required before starting. Travel is up to 10%, the job is on first shift, and the posted Level 4 pay range is $118,150–$159,850.
