Software/Developer Engineer I (Onsite)

RTX is adding an entry-level software engineer to its Huntsville software team, which builds products for battle management, command and control, communications, effectors, advanced sensors, and surveillance and warning systems. The engineer works within cross-discipline product teams using agile methods to build, test and integrate complex defense software, and may own part or all of a product. Requirements include a STEM bachelor's degree, object-oriented programming experience in a language such as C++, Java or C#, knowledge of data structures, algorithms and multithreading, and modular open systems design. A Secret clearance is required; the posting asks for both an active, transferable clearance and the ability to get an interim one before starting.
