Quality Engineer

Leidos' Defense Systems Sector needs a Quality Engineer in Huntsville to support an air defense program at its Platform Integration Facility through development and production. The work covers AS9100 certification for a new site, first article inspection, drawing reviews, data package approval, nonconformance and root cause corrective action, MRB support, capability studies and PFMEA reviews. Applicants need a BS with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience or a master's with 2 to 6, plus ISO9001/AS9100 or comparable quality control experience and skill with measuring tools and GD&T drawings. U.S. citizenship is required, as is living in or relocating to North Alabama. Occasional travel is expected to increase over time. Pay is $73,450 to $132,775.
